Take off the mask you’re wearing
you don’t always have to smile.
Your feelings need to breathe
and be shown every once in a while.

It’s okay to make mistakes
and admit that you don’t know
it’s when we ask for help
that we give ourselves the chance to grow.
Don’t be scared to cry
and let others see your tears.
When you struggle in silence
it increases your fears.
Embrace the fact that you have flaws
that make you who you are.
Do your best every day
to find your own spark.
If the problem becomes heavy
and you think you are going to break,
ask for a loved one
to help you carry the weight.
Know that you are worthy
and meant to be,
say what is in your heart
and start letting yourself more free.

it’s okay not to be okay.
Just give yourself another chance
because tomorrow is a new day.
